Jalen Holmes, co-founder of J2 Group, specializes in guiding clients through every step of the residential home buying and selling process. Having successfully closed over $7M in real estate sales, Jalen brings a wealth of high-level communication and client relations experience to every relationship, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and rewarding process from start to finish.

Jalen McFerren is the co-founder of J2 Group, an independent real estate brokerage built to help property owners capitalize on one of their most significant investments. Serving King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties, Washington, Jalen brings a data-driven approach to property management, identifying opportunities and solving complex problems that are often overlooked in the industry.
Over the past three-plus years, Jalen has negotiated more than 120+ lease agreements totaling over $4,000,000, in addition to facilitating over $4,000,000 in sales transactions. This performance earned him recognition as the Top Leasing Agent in the Washington Region for Renters Warehouse in both 2024 and 2025. Jalen's core specialties include investment properties and single-family homes, giving property owners a knowledgeable partner across the full lifecycle of ownership — from acquisition to ongoing management.
As co-founder of J2 Group, Jalen is committed to bringing the same data-backed, results-oriented approach to every client relationship, helping owners across Washington State make informed, confident decisions about their real estate investments. Outside of work, Jalen enjoys snowboarding, sporting events, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
Gina Carradine is the operational engine behind J2 Group’s property management team. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington, Gina bridges the gap between meticulous backend administration and proactive client care. She specializes in timely transaction execution, lease renewals, and execute management agreements with absolute precision. Gina’s mastery of CRM systems with a sharp eye for compliance streamlines daily operations, giving property owners peace of mind knowing their investments are running efficiently. Gina ensures a seamless, transparent experience for both homeowners and residents.
